HIGH GROUND

While red team bombs blue team from above, blue team has to get to the platforms in the end of the tunnel to climb up the shaft. (If put in, make the shaft platforms invulnerable to damage) Then the outline boxes represent where the blue team should build the platforms to climb up to the red team, and smack them. (Of course, blue team can bounce grenades from the side wall to the red team and kill them already when up the shaft.) Dark grey area represents walkable area, that can be destructed, light grey represents background area and white represents the actual background. Red and blue dots are spawn points.

The dotted lines in the holes in the sides signifies a floor made of many tiny platforms, spaced closely enough to walk normally over, but with enough space for a grenade to fall through. But because the floor is so thin, one well placed floor impact grenade (or a very well placed normal grenade) will instantly turn this ultimate hideout into a death trap.

The underground white space in the middle is a secret bunker which can only be reached by blowing up the ground above it (or by tunneling with the pickax once that's added).

The bombed out tank is mostly for ambiance, but makes the terrain more interesting too.

The shell craters are also for ambiance,  but also to throw off grenades.

The dead tree and the barbed wire in gray (yes, that's what those are!) are just in the background and don't actually do anything.

P.hant0m, I don't really understand the sunken city. You'd need to complete it for me to put it on the front. It's an interesting idea though.

The Pit and Double-Decker are sweet, but im not a fan of the platforms one.

i think if any defend the castle or building type levels should be made where there is clearly an offensive and defensive side,  there should be a # of turns the offense has in order to kill all of the defense's team members, the offense must kill all of the defense team members in order to win in the allotted turn amount,
in order for the defense to win, they must survive the turn amount or risk their players lives and kill all of the offense team members,  the defense should not be given platforms or walls since they are within a fortified area, and the offense should only get platforms

Line wouldn't work out well i dont think, at the begining it would be rockets
and there would end up being one huge hole no one can cross, so they can't hit each other. so ppl start building platforms, and then the other counters until it's just a mess of walls and platforms were no one can hit each other, and you just sit around until someone gets impatient and reckless, and tries something supid and dies.

i like the other layouts but startinng positions are too close to each other in my opinion. I especialy like the city one. i have always liked the idea of a city level
