Is this Tw4 or just Mobile Tw3 I'm confused

It's a topic suggesting that stick figures should be replace. TW3 won't be mobile, I have no idea where you got that from.

Well I can tell where he's coming from

I also said I'd get back to this but I changed my mind sorry, anyways I like the idea of robots kinda? Seems hard to pull off

But my ears perk up every time I hear post apocalyptic, it's one of my favorite sub genre other than steampunk, I didn't know that tw3 was wrapped around that though other than the intro scene. If you're going to go towards this direction, maybe make it feel a little more apocalyptic?

Initially I thought stay with stick figures, because a strategy game like aforementioned tw4 wouldn't be too much about the character itself. BUT if you want dedicated characters I'd make it something like Fire Emblem, one of my favorite turn based strategy game, similar to xCom.

Re: Replacements for the stick figures?

Post apocalyptic to me sounds like opposing teams. Perhaps one side is human, while the other side is robots? Sort of a Terminator/Matrix type of deal. Maybe red and blue team created the robots to aid them in the Territory War and the robots rebelled.

Also, gotta have the stick figure as a hidden character and call it 'The Veteran'.

Re: Replacements for the stick figures?

What I love about post apocalyptic stories are the emotions that come out of humans when shoved into absolute fear, how each person would cope with whatever disaster came. Most of what I've read or watched were global apocalypses. The idea is like, zombie outbreaks like World War Z is one, natural disasters like tsunamis like in Japan, there's nuclear disasters like Chernobyl, it's just apocalypse is kind of more for the 'human kind is on the brink of extinction' kind of thing. Something I've been watching recently, Attack on Titan (Shingeki No Kyojin), very good example, but anywho apocalyptic for me personally is more emotional than anything

I also like the idea of The Veteran, should throw in some other easter eggs in there too

You all have it wrong, what we need is the penis I found in Castle II.

dunno... still kinda fits with the somewhat post-apocalyptic theme we started with TW3

Great news Afro!!! And definitely no more sticks.

Robots and zombies are good ideas.

Don't know how much room you have for variations on the characters, but would be cool to have different options. Like mutants, ppl with guns instead of an arm or a leg, post apocalyptic survivors look, like with masks and such.

And customization would be a plus. Lots of new kids spend more time playing with the customizations than the actual game, like the custm maps on TW3.
